All 12 Songs from the Ninja Assassin Soundtrack

The Ninja Assassin soundtrack is like a half kick in the ass. It includes fairly adrenalized tracks from Spiderbait and Ryuzo. But the music from Ninja Assassin is also balanced by tunes from David Bowie and The Human League, albeit a harder edged mix from the usual.

It’s also a heck of a lot more German than I would expect, given that it’s a ninja movie starring a Korean pop star. There’s German synth pop in the form of Brockdorff Klang Labor, German hardcore from Oomph and what I would call German kitsch hop from Mama Boom!. I would have expected KMFDM or Rammstein to be thrown in for good measure. Why not keep it ecletic with a bit of Die Toten Hosen, but no go.

Raekwon also weighs in with The Legacy, featuring Xzibit and Murs. This track is on the soundtrack album but wasn’t in the movie itself.

The soundtrack album only has about half of the songs from the movie, but you can find all 12 of them here, plus links to downloads for them.

Extra song on the album, but not in the movie –> The Legacy – Raekwon featuring Xzibit and Murs
